Our delivery days are Tues-Sat, typically between Noon-4pm. It will be necessary for us to confirm an ideal delivery time with your recipient to ensure quality upon arrival. If it happens that your recipient needs accommodation outside of our usual hours, we will coordinate!

Easily place orders online for pick-up during our studio retail days of Tues-Sat. We'll also have grab n' go arrangements in studio during those days.

We also offer Readymade arrangements for grab n' go 7 days a week at our Baking and Celebrations departments on Historic South Gaylord Street in Washington Park.
Devil’s Food Bakery features Le Parfait jar arrangements and Trunk Show has a wider selection of seasonal wrap bouquets and vase arrangements.
Coolers are freshly stocked throughout the week and each arrangement is uniquely designed. Everything is first-come, first-served!

To keep your flowers fresh and beautiful:
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Change water every 2 days. Some flowers tend to be heavy drinkers; make sure the H2O level remains 3/4 full.
Pull flowers that have expired from the arrangement so others can continue to thrive! All flowers have varying vase lives.
Our goal is for you to enjoy the flowers as an experience. Certain buds that were closed on arrival will bloom long after others have opened and flourished. Likewise, some botanicals and greenery will continue to live on and dry beautifully as the rest of the arrangement has come and gone.
As flowers are known to be temperamental, we take extreme care to provide a design full of flowers and botanicals that will each have their moment to shine.
If an issue arises with your arrangement, please reach out HERE within 2 calendar days of receiving your flowers. Send photos documenting your concern and we will work together to find a solution.
